Sicilian Salvatore Frequente looks after the culinary needs of the guests at the Eden Roc restaurant - and serves a variation of Mediterranean delicacies. A familiar face in the Tschuggen Collection, he has already cooked at the Hotel Eden Roc in the past.
Beach club feeling on Lake Maggiore. Sample Arabic mezze, dim sum and homemade pasta. A contradiction? Not with chef Marco Vastarella. In summer, atmospheric music accompanies you through the evening.
