Pietro Leanza, Chef-Pâtissier at La Brezza, wins the Culinary World Cup as part of the Swiss National Culinary Team! In the "Chef's Table" category, they had to prepare six dishes and won gold with their creations. Same in the "Hot Kitchen" section (three courses for 110 people). A great achievement!
